Here Comes the Sun.....

As this old planet shakes, rattles, and rolls, the fishing life in SOFLA is upstanding.

The warmth of Spring has caused a good "inside push" of tarpon.

I was outgunned on my 10-pound class tackle and 30-pound fluoro leaders by three large fish, but did manage to release a nice specimen of 50 pounds.

I'm moving up to 12-pound class tackle and 50-pound fluoro leaders now that the warmer algae-friendlier water is less clear and more opaque.
