If you gaze at the seasonal patterning of June tropical weather systems in the tiny "pic", it seems a reassuringly good match-up for the system traversing from the Yucatan to mid-Florida from the southwest to the northeast. It's a great day for hot soup, coffee, a good "read" and other such "hunker-down" activities. I've always been a weather-wunderkind and always marvel at our physical world; yet I've grown impressed with those scientific folks- Hi Max!- that make their living at this fascination!
